UK Mainland Delivery
All UK mainland deliveries are free of charge.
UK Non-Mainland Delivery
Delivery to the Highlands, Offshore UK destinations including Ireland is charged based on the size and the weight of the items ordered and the zonal destination. The applicable delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout, before payment is taken.
Standard delivery is to ground floor only for furniture items. If you require delivery to room of choice or delivery of furniture to lower or upper floors then please contact us for a specialist delivery quote.
Heavy items including beds and bunk beds are sent via specialist furniture carriers. If they are made to order products and non-stock items, we will contact you as soon as they are in our UK warehouse to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient for you. Please note that if a delivery is booked with you via our specialist couriers (for heavy items, cots, beds, bunk beds etc) and you are not at the address to accept the delivery during your agreed time slot we reserve the right to charge you for the delivery before we make a second attempted delivery.
European delivery is charged based on the size and the weight of the items ordered and the country of delivery. The applicable delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout, before payment is taken.
Rest of The World delivery is charged based on the size and the weight of the items ordered and the country of delivery. The applicable delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout, before payment is taken. Note:
Express or Next Day Delivery.
If you need a special or urgent delivery service then please call us and we will be happy to provide you with a delivery quote. Please contact us before 12pm in order to request this service so that we can guarantee delivery. This service may not be available for some heavier items.
Mood offer a personal delivery and assembly service. We will assemble the product to any room in your property and remove all packaging from site. This service will include an agreed date and time allocation. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation.
Our aim is to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. For items we carry in stock, dispatch will be the same, or next, day and you should receive your order either next day or within 2-5 days, depending on where you are based in the UK. If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will contact you ASAP.
Delivery time for non-stock items varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but you will always find the relevant delivery time stated on each product page.
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will then issue a ‘returns authorisation’, which will contain the address details of our warehouse and full return instructions. For larger items, such as furniture, we can arrange for a collection of the goods on request. Of course, we will organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason then again please contact us immediately (email@example.com) and request a ‘returns authorisation’. Please follow the instructions (Except for ‘Made to Order’ items*): To receive a refund you must return the goods within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note we are unable to refund delivery charges on returns. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Goods must be returned with your packing slip and copy of order confirmation email to the Mood Kids Limited warehouse, which will be indicated in the return’s instructions provided.
All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.
If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. Even if your item qualified for free delivery, depending on the reason for the return we may deduct the cost of delivery from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Mood Kids Limited are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, MOOD Kids Limited can not offer refunds on products that were on sale or special offer.
Refunds on non-stock drop ship items will be refunded less the drop ship charge and must be returned at your expense.
* Please note that refunds are not available on bespoke and made to order products including large furniture items unless they are faulty (items marked ‘made to order’). Once the products are in production, we will still be liable for payment of the goods.
